5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, and technology comprising Asian US Dating are the exclusive intellectual property of our company or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any platform content without our prior written consent.

By uploading content to your profile (including photos and text), you grant Asian US Dating a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You retain ownership of your original content and may remove it at any time by deleting your profile.

6. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Asian US Dating is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner through the platform.
• We are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or representations of any user.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any interactions with other users.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to your claim.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in the State of Delaware, United States. You agree to waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration clause shall survive termination of your account or these Terms.

7. Account Termination Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Receipt of credible complaints from other users regarding your behavior
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious activity
• Extended account inactivity exceeding 24 months
• Any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the platform, its users, or its reputation

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall remain in effect.
